What got you into this business in the first place?

I’ve always been fascinated by consumer behavior. I love learning trade practices for increasing basket size and then applying those skills to different industries.

Who was a big influence in your career?

My mom. When she was responsible for developing new products for a global blade manufacturer, she asked me to help her select from 50 potential prototypes. I was twelve years old, and I intuitively selected the design that enabled her company to launch its first product that stole market share from their biggest competitor.

What talent do you wish you had?

Singing. I sang karaoke at a wedding once and was asked to consider others before ever attempting that again.

What attracted you to Parham Santana?

During the interview process, I had a tremendous dialogue about how to develop solutions for clients looking to increase sales. I’ve never met another team with such solid consumer smarts.

What is your motto?

Choose happiness.
